The Medisafe Service Department is dedicated to offering an efficient, friendly and quality Service. We will offer technical support over the phone and have field engineers who are fully trained exclusively to service Medisafe equipment. Professional and courteous service to provide the best possible support, customer care and peace of mind.   All of our engineers are also trained to validate our equipment to HTM2030.

The Medisafe Extended Warranty Program is designed to create an economical means for each hospital to properly maintain Medisafe equipment to optimal performance levels, while controlling unexpected repair, maintenance cost and down time.    Our Extended Warranty Program we will repair your system to original operating specifications (not cosmetic), even if your equipment is currently not operating.

We have a coverage plan that will provide you with complete repair coverage in event of an equipment failure and a loaner system while your system is being repaired in our Tampa, FL facility.
