 Flexible Endoscope Cleaning System
The most important step in endoscope reprocessing is meticulous manual cleaning prior to disinfection. "Cleaning is the removal of all foreign material (e.g. soil, organic material) from objects. Endo-Purge cleans in an approximate 8-minute cycle time and can be conveniently ‘wall mounted’ or simply positioned on the countertop next to endoscope cleaning area. This space saving design and allows you to flush and remove endoscope bio-burden by injecting enzyme-cleaning solution; flushing channels, soaking, rinsing and air purging excess moisture from scope channels in an approx. 8-minute cycle!
As you know, manual hand washing for these channeling instruments is difficult, challenging and time consuming at best. Endoscopes that have not been thoroughly cleaned will not be adequately disinfected or sterilized - even with prolonged exposure times.
