When used with Medisafe Sonic Irrigation or other ARP equipment we suggested water temperature range of 37°C - 45°C  for overall effectiveness and a safe working environment.   It is recommended to used this product in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the recommendations of the medical devices being cleaned.

Recommended presoaking use of 3E-Zyme Triple Enzyme Cleaning Solution at a rate of ½-oz  to 1-oz of product  per 1-gallon of water at temperatures ranging between 22°C - 72°F and 58.3°C - 137°F.    Above this range cleaning effectiveness and performance will begin to decrease.  Conversely below this range, at cooler temperatures,  enzyme activity and cleaning effectiveness decreases to the point where they become inactive.   

Presoaking time will vary depending upon the amount accumulated bio-burden on instrument and the length of time the bio-burden has been allowed to dry before cleaning/decontamination begins.   It is recommended, on average to soak instruments for minimum of 5 minutes before further reprocessing, disinfection and  / or sterlization.
